I started coaching in 2007 in Johannesburg, South Africa. Driving to clients' homes with a bag of equipment in the trunk of my car.

Over the next decade and a half, I owned a gym, coached athletes, managed studios, led teams, co-founded a martial arts centre, and built more frameworks than I'll ever use.

In 2013 everything fell apart. Divorce, addiction, and ultimately losing my business. I experienced the kind of breakdown that forces you to actually look at yourself, not who you perform as, but who you are at a deep visceral level.

That period became the foundation of everything I teach now.

None of this is theory. All of it was earned.

I built the Coach / Client / Company framework because I needed it. A container big enough to hold everything I am, with enough structure to actually move forward.

We start where you are. I'll ask you about each domain: who you are as a coach, how you're working with clients, and how the business is actually running. The conversation goes where it needs to go. I'm not running a script. By the end, we'll have a clear picture of which domain is creating the most friction and we'll start building the plan around it.


What does the 90-Day Game Plan look like?

It's a specific, written plan delivered within 48 hours of our call. Not a generic roadmap, but a sequenced set of actions tailored to your situation and the one domain we identify as the highest priority right now. Clear enough to execute without me. Most people start moving on it before the document even arrives.


Why $250? Why not free?

Because free calls attract the wrong people and waste both our time. A $250 commitment means you've already decided this matters. What kind of coaches do you work with?

Do I have to commit to implementation before the call?
